Studio Trust
Toscape is built for architectural teams that do not want confidential plans, renders, concept studies, or client imagery treated like public social content. The desktop workflow starts from approved devices under your control, and when a selected provider is used, only the request data needed for that specific task is transmitted.
Private project work begins on your own workstation rather than inside a public posting environment.
Only the image, prompt, and settings required for the selected feature are sent to the provider involved.
Toscape does not sell your personal data or use your project imagery for public model training.

We may collect account and business information, billing and subscription records, workstation identifiers, service-usage data for credit accounting, and diagnostics or support data when you opt in or contact us. When a feature uses a third-party AI provider, the provider may receive the image, prompt, and parameters needed to complete that request.
Toscape is not a public image-posting workflow. Private project files are not intended to be published on Toscape as part of the standard desktop workflow. If a feature uses a selected AI provider, only the image, prompt, and generation settings required for that request are sent to the provider involved.
We use account data for authentication, subscription billing, credit tracking, workstation management, service support, abuse prevention, and product improvement. We do not sell your personal data or use your project imagery for public model training.
Your account data is stored in secure systems needed to operate the service. Payment information is handled entirely by our approved payment processor and never stored on our systems in full card form. Service access is authenticated through your Toscape account and managed within secure systems.
You can request data export, account deletion, and correction of personal information at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Optional diagnostics can be disabled from the desktop application where available.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
