Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer billing portal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Credit Refunds

Credits consumed for completed AI operations are non-refundable. If you cancel an operation within the 60-second refund window (before processing begins), credits are automatically returned to your account.

Top-Up Credits

Purchased top-up credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. Unused top-up credits survive subscription cancellation and remain usable.
